The Gladstone Creative in Residence Space

Engaging Fishermans Bend residents and nurturing creative connections and collaborations

In partnership with Greystar, FB IDEAs has converted a vacant retail space on the ground floor of Greystar’s Build-To-Rent project (The Gladstone) into a dynamic cultural and community space through a short term Artist in Residence program.

Since April 2025, the activation has supported Angelina Mirabito and Romulus Folio Gallery to create a vibrant space that fosters collaboration in Fisherman’s Bend through exhibitions, an open studio, workshops, talks, and an art-to-rent initiative to promote community engagement and accessibility and support creative industries. 

You’ll find the ROMULUS Folio Gallery on the ground floor, next to Lobby B at The Gladstone, located at 15-85 Gladstone Street, South Melbourne, 3205.
