Winter Writing for Wellbeing Workshop by ROMULUS
Embrace the stillness of winter and reconnect with your inner voice in this 90-minute Writing for Wellbeing Workshop, held in the evocative setting of the Romulus Folio Gallery during its current winter exhibition.
Led by writer, researcher, and abstract artist Angelina Mirabito, PhD, Writing for Wellbeing invites participants to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their inner voice through creative expression. Designed as a nurturing space for self-exploration, the session weaves together guided meditation, writing prompts, and intuitive responses to the artworks on display.
You’ll receive a lined-free journal and pen to write freely and intuitively, along with light refreshments and a glass of wine to warm the afternoon. No writing experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
This intimate session includes:
Guided meditation
Writing prompts designed to nurture self-expression and insight
Responding to art in the gallery through personal writing
Optional group sharing in a supportive, inclusive space
