A thriving, healthy and circular city begins with an idea - and Fishermans Bend is looking for big ideas!

City of Melbourne with the Victorian Government has announced their next Fishermans Bend Digital Innovation Challenge, ‘A regenerative city’.  Launching 18 April, entrepreneurs, community groups, social enterprises, universities, researchers, start-ups, scale-ups and established organisations are invited to submit brave and brilliant ideas that respond to the challenge:

How might technology and data enable city spaces to be more resource efficient, circular, resilient and healthy?

The winning idea, determined by a panel of judges and community vote, will receive $90,000 to be developed and piloted in Fishermans Bend in 2025.   Jump online to explore resources and events to help you shape your idea and develop a compelling and data-led submission. Challenge closes midday, 13 June 2024.
