Engineering the Unknown

  • FB IDEAs Incubator and Innovation Hub Level 1, 650 Lorimer Street Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207 Australia (map)

Join FB IDEAs for an exploration of how complex engineering challenges can be approached when requirements are uncertain and operating environments are not yet fully understood.

In this Lunch & Learn session, PCO engineering founder Philip Oefner will share practical insights into navigating development and integration across complex systems, drawing on systems engineering principles and over 15 years of practical experience in the development and integration of complex systems.

From defining requirements to integrating solutions, the discussion will examine approaches that enable innovation in uncertain and rapidly evolving environments. Whether developing new technologies, delivering first-of-their-kind prototypes or tackling complex engineering challenges, attendees will gain valuable perspectives on engineering beyond the known.

Light lunch will be provided.

FREE, but registrations are essential.  Session will be followed by time for networking.

Location:

Located on Level 1/650 Lorimer St, within walking distance of the future Fishermans Bend Innovation Precinct, the Hub is more than a co-working space — it’s a community where the future is being actively built.
