Have your say in future of Montague precinct!

The Department of Transport and Planning has released 2 key documents for public consultation and engagement.   Consultation for both will close at 5pm 23 February 2024. 

The Fishermans Bend Urban Renewal Area Development Contributions Plan outlines how monetary contributions from development and incentives will be used to fund and deliver over $2.65 billion of infrastructure across Fishermans Bend to 2055.  Interim charges currently in operation have also been increased for new applications to better capture the cost of delivering required infrastructure.

The ‘Making Montague’ Precinct Implementation Plan sets out the approach to activation, laneways and streets, building character, economic development, community hubs and other essential infrastructure delivery in that part of Fishermans Bend.
